You are wanted and welcomed at Living Faith Church of the Nazarene. We do not have dress codes. You can come dressed casually, formally, cowboy, athlete, or any other style you choose. It does not matter if you just woke up, got off of work, or are getting ready to go to do it. Your looks or your background in life do not matter. We're a church full of broken, imperfect people with every kind of story imaginable, and we're saving a seat for you. Come join us and see why we believe we were made to live, move, and be in Christ.
We begin each service with vibrant worship led by our Living Faith Worship team. Multiple styles of music will be sung during our worship so that praise is given to God first and foremost. No matter your personal taste in music you will sense the joy and presence of the Lord in our worship. Whether you lift your hands in praise and sing along or stand in quiet reflection, we hope you’ll sense the Authenticity of our worship to the Lord.
Over the years music has changed in styles but the same inspiration drives us to praise the Lord!
During our worship and praise, the altar is open for people to come and talk to the Lord. We know that the Lord dwells in the praises of His people so let us gather together and praise the Lord.
You’ll hear an encouraging Bible-based message by our Senior Pastor Michael Johnson, or Pastor Mike as we call him. Our teaching centers on the person of Jesus and how the Lord wants us to grow in a relationship with Him. The message of God’s saving grace is weaved throughout God's Word. We believe in allowing the Holy Spirit to speak through our pastoral team. We don’t just want to give you information but teach you the transformation of your life. We want to equip you to live a life of wholeness and empowerment for Jesus! You will receive God's Word for your life in an understandable way that will help you connect the dots to live an abundant life in the 21st century. On occasion, one of our staff will also speak and share an impactful and uplifting message.
Just walk in and be welcomed, you may find people that you may know already and some new friends waiting to be made. This may not be the church that you expected once you sit down for worship or hear your children talk about their experience in Children's Church. Drink a cup of designer coffee from the Corning Stone Coffee Shop. Come and experience a place that many call their new home.
