Pastor Mike was called to serve as Living Faith Church of the Nazarene's Senior Pastor in January of 2021. Prior to that, he was on a sabbatical and served as a consultant helping in Tulsa, Ok, to renew and revive dying churches. For 30 years Pastor Mike has led 7 different churches to growth and spiritual renewal.  

The attributes that best describe Pastor Mike as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development, and counseling.  Pastor Mike came with a vision from the Lord to see Living Faith do great things in Jesus' name. The story of how God called them to our church and showed them our future is inspiring. Pastor Mike's personal mission statement is, "To Give Christ, To Show Christ, To Live Christ to all that I meet. In order that they will become Saints in Christ."

Diane, Pastor Mike's wife, has held many positions in the Church of the Nazarene and the local church as Women's Ministry Director, Children, and Youth Quizzing Director. She is a great Bible teacher and influencer for Christ.

He graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 1991 with a degree in Theology.

Pastors Mike has been happily married for 32 years to his wife, Diane. They have 3 young men, Brendan, Braedan, and Brookston and a daughter-in-law Whitney married to Brendan.

Pastor Rick was appointed to serve as Living Faith Church of the Nazarene's Associate Pastor from its beginnings. He left for 4 years to pastor the Colombus Church of the Nazarene in Colombus, KS.  After those years Rick came back to the church he loved and help start, Living Faith.  Rick and his wife, Diane have enjoyed many great years of ministry here at Living Faith.  Rick was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene. 

Pastor Rick assists with outreach both local and abroad, compassionate ministries, men's ministries, and retention programs.  Diane is a jewel and helps keep Pastor Rick in check for the church as he can be a joker at times.  Diane is involved in many ministries as well as taking care of great-grandchildren.

Pastor John has been the youth pastor at Living Faith going on 12 years.  He has led many of the area youth to the Lord.  As the pastor to the youth of Living Faith, they have grown in numbers and many of the youth continue to assist with the youth department after they have graduated from high school and stayed in the area.  John also helps with the technology of the church.  As a bi-vocational pastor, John works at Girard National Bank as their IT supervisor and specialist. That experience has helped our church move forward with live broadcasting of our services and support for the many ministries online.

 Christy, John's wife has been his constant support and helper during these years devoting herself to helping shape the young ladies that come to the youth group.  John & Christy have three adult daughters, three son-in-law, and one grandson.
